System and GM messages
Before scheduled maintenance, a shutdown countdown is shown automatically, usually at 120, 60, 30, 15, 10, 2, 1 and 0 minutes remaining. GMs can also broadcast their own messages.

Banners
Banners are text announcements that scroll across the top of the game screen. They broadcast system messages and notable drops to everyone on the server, and also show command results and status warnings to just the current player.
Server-wide banners
These banners go to every player online at the time.

Posted automatically when the luck values update each day at 00:00 UTC:

A character reaches level 200
When a character reaches level 200, the Ship, Block and character name are shown in a congratulations message to the whole server.
Rare drops
When an item meeting the conditions below drops, the banner shows the Ship, Block, player name, item name, enemy name and, where it applies, the unidentified Hit.
Rare drop banner rules
- "Minimum Hit" in the tables is the weapon's Hit attribute when it drops, before it is identified.
- Weapons with a minimum Hit of 0: 0 Hit is announced, and so is 20 Hit or more; 5, 10 and 15 Hit are not shown in the banner text.
- Qualifying items that come from boxes usually do not trigger a banner.
- Diska of Braveman, Vjaya and M&A60 Vise from boxes do not trigger a banner even at 50 Hit, and neither does any 90 Hit rare weapon from a box.
- Level 30 attack technique disks trigger a banner even when they come from a box.
- Some event rares are announced too, such as the Anniv. Platinum Badge and the "very rare" tier of Ultimate Present rewards.
Privacy: players can enter /findprivacy to stop their rare drops being announced to the server and the party.
Weapons that trigger a banner
Item names are given as the client shows them, so they match the in-game banners and drop charts. Rules specific to the Classic ship Devaloka are marked in the table.

Personal banners
These banners are shown only to the player who triggered them and are not broadcast to anyone else.
/killcount
Shows the kill count the server has recorded for your equipped sealed item. The client and server may count differently; before unsealing you may need to Change Block to resync.
/rbr
Shows this week's Ragol Boost Road quests. For the mechanics and farming advice, see Ragol Boost Road (RBR).
Information and sync warnings
When the server and client disagree about the character's inventory, a warning tells the player to Change Block and resync, so that carrying on doesn't cause item problems or losses.
