02Effects & usage
- Used on a weapon with a weapon heart skin, it restores the original appearance; the used weapon heart is not returned.
- It also removes Divine Filter and Lock-on Filter from Heaven Punisher or Mille Marteaux. If the weapon has both a skin and a filter, the first use removes only the filter and the second removes the skin.
Wiki notes (English)
A second Neutralizer can then be used to remove the cosmetic skin, leaving a vanilla weapon with no skin or special attack filter applied.
03Acquisition
Free and unlimited from the quest The Forge (the RAmar near the bank) and the Seasons Shop (the Guards Shop NPC).
