02Effects & usage
- Used on a compatible weapon, it changes the weapon’s appearance to TENSION BLASTER; the weapon’s stats stay the same.
- Equip a compatible weapon, then use this item from the inventory; compatible weapons are listed below.
- Using it resets the weapon’s grind. The weapon’s name gains a *, and its description shows “Skin: Tension Blaster”.
- Neutralizer restores the weapon’s original appearance, but the used weapon heart is not returned.
- If Heaven Punisher has both a skin and Divine Filter or Lock-on Filter, the first Neutralizer removes only the filter and the second removes the skin.

A second Neutralizer can then be used to remove the cosmetic skin, leaving a vanilla Heaven Punisher with no skin or special attack filter applied.
